What You Will Be Doing
- Evaluate model outputs for clinical accuracy, diagnostic reasoning, and alignment with established medical standards
- Score case-based outputs diagnoses, care recommendations, clinical logic against expert judgment
- Write structured, detailed feedback on safety, clarity, and clinical rigor
- Identify and flag failure modes with meaningful patient safety implications
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to drive measurable model improvements
Who We Are Looking For
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school, with active or recent clinical practice
- Background in one or more of the following specialties: Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Nephrology, Psychiatry, Anesthesiology, Critical Care, Occupational Medicine, or Public Health
- Strong diagnostic reasoning skills with a systematic, detail-oriented approach
- Clear, precise written communication comfortable producing structured clinical feedback
- Ability to work independently and manage hours flexibly within a part-time commitment
Role Details
Compensation: $150/hour
Work Style: Remote
Duration: 6-week contract, part-time (20+ hours per week), with potential for extension
